Amazing staff who were knowledgeable and compassionate.
Staff: patient ratio which gave re-assurance at this critical time.
No improvements I can think of right now.

All the care I received from my nurses and their colleagues has been wonderful especial my nurses Clare, Jahkie, Nargerie and the nurse of my first night was lovely but I can't remember her name (Ellie?)
I was very happy with everyone I came into contact with.
I could not have wished for better care ore nicer people. Thank you.

Great personal and professional care by all doctors and nurses.
Only point of "improvement" although obviously taking into account it's a fluid operation and care is of prime importance, updating families of the plan for the day would be a big +.
Other than that, you all rock.
Keep up the great (epic) work!
